EXDSN spark resistant chain block is specially designed for use in petrochemical, food and pharmaceutical material handling industry,where spark should not be occuring for use in environment with combustible gases and dusts.
- EXDSN spark resistant chain block comes with Stainless steel hand chain and nickel plated load chain or stainless steel load chain
- Solid bronze (HBsC4) or copper plated hook designed to resist sparks at the point of contact
- Nickel plated load sheave, side plates, hand wheel, and gear cover
- Overload protect slip clutch
- EXDP & EXDG spark resistant trolley comes with Nickel plated trolley plates
- Drop stop and rubber bumpers

- Available in three materials according to need: brass (HBsC4), copper coating (phosphor bronze), and stainless steel.

- It is installed inside the chain block and act as a safety device that prevents overload operation

- Weather cover (option)
- The weather cover protects the chain block body from foreign substances and prevents corrosion, thereby extending the chain block service life.
